Justin Neal is a creative artist and filmmaker working primarily within the visual arts and creative sector for over 20 years. He has experience of working with public sculpture through commission, project and conservation management. He initiates exhibitions and manages creative projects for private and educational clients. His own creative practice is ongoing and examples can be found at this site. Justin currently lives and works in Engalnd and Spain.
