Crux

In an upstairs room of the same church as the image 'niche', I found these four wooden crosses. I'm an agnostic but I still enjoy the symbol of the cross. It is such a simple motif and an ultimate brand sustaining many thousands of years. The cross as a Christian symbol or 'seal' came into use at least as early as the second century. Here in this church I liked the random nature of how they were stored.
